Marlin Grove Remodel

as seen on HGTV & the 2009 Modern Phoenix Home Tour

This Phoenix home designed and built by Ralph Haver in Marlen Grove, is a great example of the beautifull things that can be done to update a home to reflect the owners taste and lifestyle while preserving the integrity of it's designers original intent.

It was recently remodeled by Homework Remodels, the only Green Certified Professional design/build remodeler in Phoenix Arizona. As a great example of mid-century modern design, the owners insisted their new features  complement Ralph Haver's overall vision for his Marlin Grove neighborhood.  As a design/build remodeler we were able to work closely with the owners to understand their vision for their dream home.  From there we offered design concepts to further enhance the project before moving forward to handle all aspects required to complete the remodel.

After completing the remodel, Brett and Davids home was featured on ModernPhoenix.net, the best mid century modern website anywhere. Modern Phoenix promotes and helps preserve mid century modern architecture in the metro Phoenix area. 

In April 2009 this Haver home was featured on the Modern Phoenix Home Tour and in June on HGTV's new show Bang For Your Buck.
